Overview: As a Title Researcher, you will be responsible for conducting thorough research and analysis of property records to ensure the accuracy and completeness of title information. This position requires traveling to Bergen/Essex/Hudson/Union and potentially surrounding counties in New Jersey.
Responsibilities:
- Researching Public Records
- Analyze property records
- Summarize Deeds, Mortgages, Judgment and Liens
- Organize, Compile and Abstract Research Results
Qualifications:
- Real estate experience preferred, not required
- Must be detail-minded and task oriented
- Ability to work independently
- Responsible and timely
- Clear and confident communication skills via phone and email.
- Proficient in logic-based problem-solving.
- Flexible and quick to adapt to change.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer programs.
- Dependable means of transportation and comfortable with extended periods of driving
- Proximity to a NJ County Courthouse is a bonus
- Passion for reading is essential.

Pay: $34,320.00 - $43,890.00 per year
