- Provide support services for unaccompanied minors and their sponsors relating to medical, legal support, youth development, and school enrollment and integration.
- Identify what programs may be suited for each client and help them through the enrollment process.
- Evaluate the client’s skills, education, and work expeirence to determine what training or employment assistance may be necessary.
- Create and maintain relationships with clientele and keep them informed of their status and next steps.
- Maintain accurate records of client information and run weekly reports.
- Bilingual in Spanish required.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 1 year of experience in a client-facing role within the nonprofit industry.
- Strong professionalism and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- $22.00-23.00 /hour.
