We are currently hiring for our summer season. Looking for positive, motivated, quick thinking individuals to join our team. We offer tremendous support, training and employee discounts.
City Park Grill is a popular dining destination in Petoskey. Our summers are busy and fun!
Duties
- Assist servers by delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately to guests’ tables
- Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean and inviting dining space
- Replenish supplies such as utensils, napkins, and condiments to ensure smooth service flow
- Support the cleaning team by maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, including floors, tables, and chairs
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements when needed
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and guest needs
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around comfortably for extended periods
- Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Willingness to learn about menu items and restaurant procedures
- Prior experience in hospitality is a plus but not required; enthusiasm and eagerness to learn are essential
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
