PART-TIME RECORDS CLERK
WOODSTOCK POLICE DEPARTMENT
The City of Woodstock is pleased to be recruiting for a part-time position of Records Clerk with the Woodstock Police Department.
Job Summary:
This position is responsible to accurately input, securely maintain and efficiently retrieve all records pertaining to criminal activity, arrests and other official police business. Position also performs related clerical and customer service tasks. The work is performed under the supervision of the Deputy Chief.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma/equivalent with previous office or customer service experience; or any combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills and abilities.
- Work experience to include use of computer for word processing and data entry.
- Must pass department background and criminal history checks.

Salary & Benefits:
The pay range for this part-time, non-exempt/hourly position is $21.58 - $23.73/hour. The position will work no more than 29 hours per week on average. Benefits include an IMRF pension, prorated vacation, holiday, and sick time, decreasing term life insurance and choice of two (2) optional employee paid vision insurance plans.
