Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in sidewalk repair/planning;
- Assist in pothole repair;
- Assist in street patching;
- Assist in cleaning/repairing storm drains and drainage areas;
- Other duties as assigned
- Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a High School Diploma or GED
- One year related experience in construction/maintenance activities as related to streets and roadways preferred
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to become VDOT Traffic Flagging certified within 9 months of date of employment
