The City of Winchester is taking applications for Recruit and Lateral Firefighter/EMT and Firefighter/Paramedic.
Benefits: Four weeks paid vacation/comp per year; 95% of Health/Vision Insurance paid (Employee pays - Single $43.00/Family $128.00 per month); 95% Single Dental Insurance paid (Employee pays - Single $1.20/Family $63.21 per month); Prescription Plan; Paid Life Insurance 1 1/2 times salary up to $150,000; CERS Hazardous duty retirement.

Qualifications
Qualifications: Kentucky Paramedic or EMT certification, High School diploma or GED, KY Operator's License. Lateral transfer qualifications in addition to the above: IFSAC Firefighter I & II certifications, must have been employed as a fulltime firefighter in a career department for at least four years immediately prior to hire date, candidate may be exempt from CPAT testing but will need to pass departmental fitness test. Current CPAT card will be accepted.
