The Human Resources Technician provides technical and administrative support to the Human Resources division, assisting in the coordination and execution of departmental plans and objectives. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate personnel records, processing benefits and payroll-related data, responding to employee inquiries, and supporting a wide range of HR functions including benefits administration, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.

Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One to two years of experience handling confidential information, personnel data, or providing administrative support in a human resources or related environment.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certificate from a college or technical school and/or three to six months of related HR training or experience.
- Professional certifications such as PHR or IPMA-HR are desirable.
- Experience using Paycom or similar HRIS platforms.

HOURS OF WORK, LOCATION, AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work is generally performed during normal business hours, Monday-Friday. Rare evening or weekend work may be required. This position operates primarily in a standard office environment.
