What are the responsibilities and job description for the INTERNAL LISTING - OFFICE ASSISTANT III position at City of Tulsa?
QUALIFICATIONS: Graduation from high school or possession of a General Education Development Certificate (GED); and three (3) years of increasingly experience relevant to the essential tasks listed in this job description (external candidates); or eighteen (18) months experience as an Office Assistant II (internal applicants); and experience working with Excel, Word, and with use of basic grammar and spelling. Bilingual in Spanish/English required. Per Personnel Policies and Procedures, Section 100Assessments will be administer.
HOURS: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
LOCATION: Municipal Court, 600 Civic Center (SA)
