Salary Range: $23.93 - $29.28 Hourly Benefits

Employment Status: Full-time, Non-Exempt

Overview of Job Duties:

The Maintenance Works employees work out in the field under the supervision of the Parks Supervisor. Main job functions include:

• Perform a variety of parks and building maintenance tasks such as mowing, landscape maintenance, spraying and facilities repair.
• Operates a variety of equipment including hand tools, backhoes, mowers, sprayers and related equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Respond to emergency situations.
• Operate a variety of light and heavy equipment to accomplish duties.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

In order to be considered for this position you must have the following experience and education:

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• One (1) year previous experience in grounds maintenance or related field.
• Experience with various pieces of heavy equipment is preferred.
• Bi-lingual preferred.
