Description
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible in overseeing the maintenance and improvements to Springfield’s existing sewer infrastructure by providing support to maintenance and inspection crews who ensure proper functionality of the City's 1200 miles of sanitary sewer.
Qualifications and Requirements
Experience, Education, and Training
- A minimum of four years of responsible experience in street maintenance or sewer operations, or equivalent, in the maintenance and repair of public infrastructure;
- One year in a crew leader or supervisory capacity.
- Experience in the maintenance of sanitary sewer systems
Licensing/Certification
- Must possess a valid Driver's License.
