Distribute charge back information to the appropriate department.
Order and stock division office supplies, process requisition and/or purchase order.
Assist Buyers with the bid process (receive bids, record bid prices, prepare memos, assign control numbers for advertisement)
Keep the Purchasing Agent apprised of any occurrences or issues that require attention.
Other duties as assigned or required.
High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
One (1) year direct clerical/administrative experience.
Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets.
Demonstrated ability to perform assigned tasks and maintain harmonious relationship among assigned employees and the public.
Physical Requirements
May involve some lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling of objects and material of light weight.
Requires the use of computer, printer, and other office and telecommunications equipment.
Must be able to pay attention to details.
