About The Position
The Library Supervisor for Volunteer Services will be responsible for managing volunteer engagement across all four Scottsdale Public Library locations. This includes recruiting, selecting, and sustaining a dedicated volunteer team, as well as collaborating with library leadership and staff to integrate volunteer contributions into daily operations at each branch.
Anticipated starting salary for this position may be up to mid-point depending on candidate’s experience and internal equity. The full salary range is listed above and mid-point for this position is $30.74/hour or $63,918.40/annually.

Education And Experience
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited educational institution.
- Three years of experience in library functions and coursework.
- Must have at least one year of Lead or Supervisory experience.
- An equivalent combination of education and job-related experience may substitute for the educational requirements on a year-for-year basis.
- Every person employed by the City of Scottsdale shall reside in the State of Arizona during his or her active employment by the City, regardless of whether the employee is approved to remote work.
