The Facilities Division Director is responsible for collaborating across the city to proactively manage operations, maintenance, and capital improvements at city facilities. Includes directing the daily operations and activities of the maintenance and custodial sections; planning and implementing capital projects; and facilities management and development support at Midtown and the Railyard. Performs strategic planning and budgeting for facilities; develops and delivers professional level presentations to stakeholders and decision makers; maintains accessible and accurate tracking of capital planning, project delivery, maintenance, and custodial activities; leads division staff for high performance including excellent customer service and collaborates at all levels of City Government to ensure optimal city facility operations.
