Provide compassionate care to elderly individuals with Alzheimer’s or other related illnesses or disorders. Supports a high quality of life for elderly individuals by providing in-home and personal care, such as assistance with housekeeping, cooking, personal care, and grooming, escorting the client to appointments and social functions, assisting with paying bills and taking prescribed medications, engaging in light exercise and other related activities. Observes client for changes in health and well-being, regularly documents activities and observations, and communicates with supervisor, family members, medical professionals, and other care providers.
