General Definition of Work
Performs complex professional and intermediate administrative work overseeing the activities of the Water and Sewer Department. Assists with leading and managing all aspects of Water Department related to the operations of drinking water and sanitary sewer systems. Work is performed under the general direction of the Director of Water and Sewer. Departmental supervision is exercised over all personnel within the department.
