HELP WANTED – SEASONAL CONTRACTORS
This is a great opportunity to earn extra income while providing an important service to older adults. We are seeking energetic and dependable Yard, Gutter and Snow Removal Workers to join our outdoor maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and aesthetic appeal of outdoor spaces across various properties. Your work will ensure that lawns, and walkways are well-kept year-round. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors in all seasons, applying your skills in landscape maintenance, snow removal, and groundskeeping to make a tangible difference in the community we serve.
Help keep seniors safe and accessible during the winter months by providing:
- Snow shoveling of sidewalks, walkways and driveways
- Clearing snow after snowfalls
- Gutter cleaning
- Leaf and yard clean-up
- Light outdoor fall maintenance

- Reliable transportation and basic equipment appropriate for the services provided
- Ability to safely perform outdoor work
- Previous experience is helpful, but not required for all services

Responsibilities
- Clear snow from driveways, walkways, and entryways using shovels, snow blowers, or plow attachments
- Blow out leaves for throrough fall clean up
- Clean gutters and bag debris
Requirements
- Proven outdoor work experience with knowledge of groundskeeping and landscaping practices
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor including lifting, bending, walking on uneven terrain, and working in various weather conditions
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to property maintenance tasks
