What You’ll Do
- Lead & Engage: Plan and run exciting activities for campers ages 8–12.
- Keep It Safe: Monitor participant behavior and ensure a safe, inclusive environment.
- Welcome & Coordinate: Support camp check-in processes and assist with daily camp coordination to ensure a smooth experience for campers and families
- Get Creative: Work closely with other counselors to develop lesson plans and adapt activities for different ages and abilities.
- Communicate Like a Pro: Share updates with campers, parents, and staff in a positive, professional way.
- Hands-on Help: Assist with the setup execution, and breakdown of specials events and programs, as well as perform other duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
- Age: 15
- Experience: Previous work with kids is a plus (but not required).
- Skills:
- Strong communication and leadership
- Ability to follow directions and adapt on the fly
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset
- Certifications: CPR & First Aid (or willing to get certified during training).
