JOB SUMMARY :Responsible for the installation and maintenance of water meters.

• Responds to water customer complaints and investigates reported leaks.?
• Assist in the installation and maintenance of water meters and services.
• Assist in the compilation and retrieval of billing data.
• Respond to customer service complaints to resolve problems and to enhance public relations.
• Assist other departments and agencies in locating services to facilitate the construction and connection of services
• Repair water meter connections and fittings to ensure continuity of services to customers
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
