Our Head Lifeguards are critical to the success of our aquatic operations. They help create an environment where family and friends feel safe, where they feel welcome, and where they feel they belong. Head Lifeguards must have the ability to adapt on the fly, address patron concerns, provide leadership to a group of Lifeguards and Recreation Aides, and at the same time provide an exciting fun experience for our guests. Qualities we are looking for include passion, professionalism, excitement and positive energy. Key components also include maintaining safety at all times and effective surveillance.
