This is a journey-level position within the Facilities Maintenance Mechanic series, responsible for performing a wide variety of building and facility maintenance tasks in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. Work is typically performed independently to achieve desired outcomes; however, more advanced maintenance activities and system diagnostics may require supervisory guidance or consultative support.
