The City of Plano is seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Park Maintenance Worker I or II. This role involves maintaining sports fields, including setting up and removing equipment such as bases, goals, and nets, and performing tasks like field dragging, chalking, and layout painting. Responsibilities include supporting weekend events, inspecting and maintaining tools and equipment, and assisting with facility and field repair projects at various athletic sites. Candidates should have experience operating power equipment such as one-ton trucks, push mowers, string trimmers, hedge trimmers, edgers, and blowers; riding mower experience is preferred.
