The Compost Operations Supervisor oversees daily activities at the compost processing facility, including the processing of wood debris and yard waste into feedstock for compost and mulch products. These products are then sold back to the public under the Texas Pure Products brand. This is a working supervisor role, requiring hands-on involvement and operation of machinery as needed.
Texas Pure Products produces high-quality, fully finished, and stable compost products. The program participates in the United States Composting Council’s Seal of Testing Assurance (STA), which requires ongoing product testing, transparent data reporting, and the delivery of educational resources to customers. Texas Pure Compost and Compost Ultra are OMRI Listed for organic use, and Texas Pure Products is proud to be a recipient of the U.S. Composting Council’s Compost Manufacturer of the Year award.
The selected candidate will be based at our Plano, Texas facility and will be expected to work ten (10) hour days from 6:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. with some Saturdays when necessary. Top of Form
