Description Of Duties/Essential Functions
Under direction of Director of Nursing, with functional direction and in accordance with established standard procedures and policies of the Facility; functions as Nursing Supervisor over professional Registered Nurses and Licenses Practical Nurses assigned to a residential unit; ensures continuity of health care services across all shifts. Unit 5 Nursing Supervisor.
Minimum Requirements
Requires knowledge, skill and mental development equivalent to completion of four years of college, preferably with courses in Health and Human Services Field. Requires three (3) years progressively responsible administrative experience as gained from a public or private organization; Requires licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Illinois.
Work Hours & Location/Agency Contact
Mon, Tues, Wed & Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm, plus on Thursday hours would be: 10:00am - 6:30pm.
