Job Type: Full Time/Non-Exempt
Salary: Entry level pay - $14.85/ per hr.
Hours:8 am to 5 pm (Monday – Friday)
(Subject to Dept. Head's discretion - hours may vary)

Job Summary:
Under supervision, performs a variety of semi-skilled and skilled duties in the inspection, installation, maintenance, and repair of water/ wastewater distribution system facilities; assists in maintenance tasks related to the water/ wastewater distribution system; and performs a variety of tasks relative to the assigned area of responsibility. Other work tasks include assisting other departments such as required.
Minimum Requirements:
•Education/Training: Equivalent to the completion of high school or GED.
•Experience: One (1) year experience in the installation, repair, and maintenance of water services, mains, meters, valves, hydrants, and related facilities is desirable.
•Certificate: Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid Certification about the primary role within their job description as described in the Essential Function.
•Must be able to work outside of regular business hours as needed
