This part-time position is responsible for the performance of a variety
of physical tasks involving\
the cleaning of sidewalks and streets. The work is performed according
to narrowly prescribed\
guidelines and under limited supervision. This position will average
25-29 hours per week including\
scheduled weekend work, has a starting hourly rate of \$21.69, and
offers paid vacation and City\
holidays.\
Work tasks include collection of litter and debris using hand tools,
proper disposal of collected\
litter, clearing of snow along assigned routes during snow events, and
performing routine\
operational and preventive maintenance of equipment used for litter
collection. Must be able to\
follow direction and remain productive while working alone.\
