The New Smyrna Beach Leisure Services Department is seeking a Part Time Receptionist!
This position will work primarily at the City Gym & Live Oak Center. The hourly rate is $17.5875
Work Schedule: Primarily 8:30AM-2:00PM but must be flexible and available for evenings and weekends depending on event schedule.
About The Job
The Receptionist provides front office administrative and customer service support for the assigned department or City facility. The position serves as a primary point of contact for residents, visitors, employees, and external agencies by responding to inquiries, directing requests, and providing general information regarding City services, programs, and operations. The Receptionist performs a wide range of clerical, administrative, and cash-handling duties in support of departmental functions and ensures professional, efficient, and courteous public service.
This position is part time and is not benefit eligible.
This position is required to complete a Level II Background Check, Pre Employment Physical and Drug Screen.
