Requirements
- 15 years of age by opening of the Neenah Pool Season.
- Ability to work with varied age groups.
- Decision-making skills.
- Lifeguard: Current American Red Cross Lifeguard Training/First Aid/CPR/AED.
- Lifeguard: Prevent injuries, enforce facility rules, and recognize and respond effectively to all emergencies by monitoring activities in and near the water. Interact positively and in an exemplary fashion with costumers. Complete assigned cleaning and maintenance duties.

- Winter interview invitations will be emailed mid December. Interview dates will take place on the final week of December.
- Returning staff will not be guaranteed continued employment, but will be given first consideration.
