We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Clerical Administrative Assistant to join our team. Duties
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering inquiries.
- Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure all documents are organized.
- Provide customer support through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for document creation and management.
- Enter and reconcile financial data using accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, Sage.)
- Conduct proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Support bookkeeping tasks as needed, including accounting functions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance office management processes.
- Support other departments with administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
Candidates should have prior experience in an administrative role or similar clerical position. The following skills are highly desirable:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or other accounting software.
- Familiarity with office management practices and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree in Business or Accounting preferred).
- Strong computer skills, including typing proficiency and familiarity with various software applications.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and effective time management capabilities.
- Bilingual abilities are advantageous for effective communication with diverse clients.
