Key Responsibilities
- Digitization & Records Management:
- Scan physical employee files and HR documents into our electronic document management system.
- Ensure all scanned documents are correctly indexed, named, and stored according to company filing protocols.
- Perform quality control checks on digitized files to ensure clarity and completeness.
- Organize and prepare physical files for secure storage or shredding, following established retention policies.
- HR Administration:
- Provide general administrative support, including drafting correspondence, scheduling meetings, and data entry.
- Assist in maintaining the integrity of the HR Information System (HRIS) by inputting and updating employee data.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Support:
- Assist the HR team with various project-based tasks as needed.
- Serve as a point of contact for routine HR inquiries, directing them to the appropriate team member when necessary.
