Responsibilities
- Vigilantly supervise pool areas to prevent accidents and enforce safety rules.
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations, including cardiac arrest or injuries, utilizing CPR, AED operation, and first aid protocols.
- Assist guests with pool-related inquiries, provide excellent guest services, and promote a positive atmosphere.
- Perform regular pool cleaning duties including skimming, vacuuming, and maintaining surrounding areas to uphold cleanliness and hygiene.
- Monitor pool equipment and report any malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
- Support team members in emergency drills and safety training exercises to stay prepared for any situation.
Requirements
- Strong swimming skills with the ability to perform water rescues confidently.
- Ability to stay alert for extended periods while maintaining focus on guest safety.
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting, prolonged standing, and performing rescue operations when necessary.
