The Minot Public Library is accepting applications for the position of Adult Services Library Assistant This position is open to all qualified internal and external applicants and will remain open until filled.
Responsibilities:
Provides customer service, registering patrons, checking materials out, and helping patrons locate materials; enters patron application data into the library’s circulation software; does shelving, monthly housekeeping, and other assigned tasks.
Hours:
Monday: 8:30- 5:00
Tuesday 1:00-8:00
Friday: 9:00-1:00
Hourly Wage: $16.37
Benefits: Paid Time Off: Prorated to hours worked
Desired Minimum Training and Experience:
High School Diploma or Equivalent required. Excellent customer service skills and experience working with various computer software are required.
