Adult Broomball Official

This seasonal position officiates broomball games for the adult broomball league.  Games are scheduled on Thursday evenings from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at Valley Park and/or Harley-Hopkins Park in Hopkins. Games are played from January 4 through February 29.  $35.00 per hour.

• Officiate adult broomball games
• Provide quality customer service before, during and after league games
• Communicate closely with the Recreation Program Manager 
• Conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times

Minimum Job Qualifications:

• A commitment to and belief in the organization's shared values.
• Previous broomball or hockey officiating experience desired. 
• No previous broomball or hockey officiating experience may be considered if the applicant has an advanced understanding of the game and previous officiating experience in another sport. 
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Communicate professionally with co-workers and players.
