DUTIES: Performs administrative and technical work in determination of all cross connections in the water supply system.
DESIRABLE MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Graduation from an accredited college or university, with major course work in civil engineering or architecture AND two (2) years of experience in construction or inspection of buildings or structures
OR
Graduation from high shool or GED equivalent, or vocational school AND four (4) years of experience as contractor in building construction.
OR
Any equivalent combination of education and experience which equal to or exceeds minimum qualifications.
