What are the responsibilities and job description for the Convention Facilities-Sales Coordinator position at City of McAllen, TX?
Under management direction with limited supervision, the Sales Coordinator is responsible for booking the McAllen Convention Center Facilities as it relates to local and regional business with a specific emphasis on banquets, corporate meetings, social events, consumer shows and any department sponsored event that provides a service to the City of McAllen. This includes primarily sales and services in order to attract local visitors to the City of McAllen.
