Under the general direction of the Director and Assistant Director of Parks and Recreation, this role develops, coordinates, promotes, and administers a variety of year-round recreation programs, sports leagues, special events, youth activities, and community engagement initiatives for the City of Maumelle. During the aquatic season, serves as the City’s Aquatics Manager, overseeing the daily operation of the Dowell Naylor Aquatic Center, supervising seasonal staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for patrons.
