EXAMPLES OF DUTIES
- Interacts with other divisions, bureaus, City departments, the public and outside agencies in person, by telephone or by email.
- Schedules and assists with preparation for meetings and appointments.
- Compiles, tracks, and produces reports related to new and existing contractors, reviewing permits, and resident inquires related to current Right-of-Way Construction projects.
- Assists with clerical/administrative duties to support Division.
- Types forms, memos, and correspondence.
- Provides backup support for Bureau secretarial duties.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
