- Starting Salary: $51,105.60
- After Six Months of Successful Employment: $52,083.20
- After One Year of Successful Employment: $55,452.80
- Maximum salary is achieved after four successful years of employment.

Examples Of Work Include
- Program classes for seniors at the Senior Wellness Center with independent contractors, staff, or volunteers
- Plan and implement recreational programs
- Evaluate and make appropriate recommendations for future programs
- Assist in marketing and promoting programs by providing information for "Connections" Magazine and the City of Livonia's website
- Prepare cost recovery for programs
- Prepare reports for management
- Prepare purchase requests and bid specifications for improvements
- Other duties as assigned
- Be a citizen of the United States or resident alien with the right to work in the United States; and
- Have a high school diploma; and
- Possess and be able to maintain a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record; and
- Meet one of the following:
- Have an associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school and two years of related experience in senior programming and/or training; OR
- Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with one year of relevant work experience in senior programming.
