The City Law Department is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Part-Time Co-Receptionist to join our team. This role is responsible for greeting and assisting walk-in visitors, managing incoming telephone calls, and accurately interpreting information from multiple data sources to direct inquiries appropriately.
What You will do
• Provide front desk coverage, offering professional and courteous assistance to walk-in visitors and phone callers
• Order, track, and maintain office supply inventory
• Process accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare and generate correspondence and departmental communications
• Maintain, organize, and update case files and electronic records
• Perform additional administrative tasks to support the work unit as needed
