A Day in The Life:
- Provide front-line customer service to the public regarding vehicle registration and renewal.
- Process transactions involving cash, checks, and credit cards with accuracy and professionalism.
- Collect registration fees and issue the appropriate license plates and registration stickers.
- Perform data entry of motor vehicle registration renewal information.
- Assist with managing the front-door queuing system and directing customers appropriately.
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer, generate reports, and complete end-of-day reconciliation.
- Support inventory tasks including sorting, labeling, and shelving license plate boxes.
- Knowledge of motor vehicle registration processes.
- Previous experience in customer service, data entry, inventory, and cash handling.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
Minimum Qualifications
Graduation from high school or equivalent with six months of experience in performing general clerical work involving considerable public contact or any equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the desirable knowledge, abilities, and skills.

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly at shoulder level or below.
