Lincoln City Libraries is seeking a Library Manager for the Gere Branch (2400 South 56th Street, 68506) and South Branch (2675 South Street, 68502) Libraries.
Schedule: Full time (40 hours per week as scheduled, Sunday through Saturday). As the Library Manager, you'll lead a dynamic and innovative team while overseeing branch operations, collections, facilities, and public services. In addition to branch management, you will work alongside system coordinators and managers to develop and implement impactful library programming. You will be an active participant in system-wide initiatives and special projects that advance the mission of Lincoln City Libraries. Building and maintaining relationships with community partners will be an integral part of this role, especially as the needs of our patronage change with the growth of the city. Qualifications
- Master's degree from an ALA-accredited library science program.
- At least two years of professional library experience, including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
