The Customer CareRepresentative Iperforms responsible administrative support work to assist customers with utility connections and disconnections, complaints and requests for service, answers customer questions and assist with bill balances, makes pay arrangements, and answers multi‐line telephone for the Customer Care department.

Minimum Qualifications
- Graduation from high school or equivalent;
- Six months of experience in customer service or professional office work;
- Some knowledge of standard office practices and procedures, computer equipment and software; and
- Some knowledge of customer service techniques in a technological environment.
This is a sedentary job that deals with phone calls and in person customer service
Schedule
Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Paid bi-weekly.
CLOSING DATE
