Key Responsibilities
Lifeguards will be exposed to heat, humidity, and noise typical of an aquatic facility. The role requires frequent standing, walking, reaching, and occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. Candidates should be comfortable with physical activity and working in conditions typical of an indoor pool facility.
Compensation And Benefits

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and ensure the safety of all pool patrons.
- Respond to emergencies with lifesaving techniques, including CPR, first aid, and water rescues.
- Maintain lifeguard training standards by attending required in-service trainings.
- Provide excellent customer service while enforcing safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with daily facility setup, cleaning, and pool maintenance.
- Complete required reports and records, including incident reports, first aid logs, and daily operation logs.
- Perform routine safety inspections of the pool, deck, restrooms, and surrounding areas.
- Perform minor maintenance on equipment or report necessary repairs.
- Follow all safety, sanitary, and organizational regulations.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- American Red Cross Lifeguard with Water module (or willing to obtain before the start date).
- This certification includes First Aid/CPR/AED certifications
