- Oversees the day-to-day operations of safety, maintenance, and events logistics.
- Hire, train and supervise maintenance teams and create work schedules and assign task.
- Coordinate facility setup and takedown for events (games, tournaments, clinics) as well oversee concessions.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and implement and follow emergency procedures.
- Will be required to drive a City vehicle for City business use.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Associate's degree or 60 college hours from an accredited* college or university in Sports Management, Recreation, Facility Managment, or related field.
- At least three (3) years of experience in commercial facilities management or grounds management in sports or recreation setting. Sports related experience is preferred.

Required Licenses or Certifications
Valid Texas Driver License. If applicant holds an out-of-state license, a State of Texas Driver License must be obtained within 6 months of employment.
Continued employment is contingent on successfully obtaining required certification(s) and/or license(s) within the specified period of time indicated above from time of hire*
- Valid First Aid and CPR Certification must be obtained within 12 months of employment

Salary : $55,307 - $69,139
