What You Will Be Doing
You will support of the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department, including facilitating recruitment processes, assisting with benefits administration, and advising on personnel policy, as well as state and federal law. You will also provide administrative support to our Safety Manager, including worker's compensation and general liability claims.
Our Ideal Candidate Has
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or a closely related field, and 3 years of experience in human resources or benefit administration, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job. We'd love it if you had HR Certifications such as IPMA-CP, SHRM-CP, or PHR, but is not required.
