JOB REQUIREMENTS: Kenosha County is seeking a Lead Economic Support

the Economic Support Program Manager, processes public assistance cases
completely, accurately, and timely in accordance with both state and
federal policies. This position trains, assists, and mentors co-workers
in case processing and helps to interpret certain policies. The Lead
Economic Support Specialist also answers client questions or concerns on
cases and completes intake interviews and eligibility reviews. Duties
include: Ensures cases are processed, opened, and closed timely and
correctly Answers computer, eligibility, and policy questions from
co-workers Answers call center calls and completes interviews with
clients Processes verifications and documents Mentors and trains new
employees Reviews and discusses processes and task assignments for new
employees Intakes and processes new applications for benefits Enters
application information into CARES Worker Web and determines what
verifications are needed Interviews customers who need benefit renewals
and reviews and updates all their case information Updates cases with
the date paid and the payment type Works on daily task assignments which
include team alerts, online renewals, online change reports, team
emails, paper mail, and online documents Conducts dashboard monitoring
and processing daily Completes state reports and attends local and state
meetings as needed Collaborates with other leads in the Wisconsin
Kenosha Racine Partnership Income Maintenance Consortium Performs other

QUALIFICATIONS: Experience At least 3 years of Economic Support
Specialist Experience Required Customer Service Experience Required
