Job Title: Equipment Operator I
In the Street Department, we are seeking a highly skilled individual to operate light maintenance and snow removal equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks on assigned equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of light maintenance and snow removal equipment
- Maintain equipment in good working order through regular inspections and repairs
- Perform semi-skilled work in a fast-paced environment
- Work at arduous tasks for sustained periods of time in all types of weather conditions
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- At least one year of experience as a truck driver or operator of construction and maintenance equipment
