JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience: Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapy (PT) experience.
Education:
Must have Bachelor of Science, Master of Science, or Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in Physical Therapy from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of Physical Therapy or an International Program that is substantially equivalent to the requirements of a physical therapist educated in accredited educational program as determined by the Arizona State Board of Physical Therapy.
Licensure: Must be a licensed as a Physical Therapy (PT) in the State of Arizona.
Certification:
Basic Life Support (BLS)

The successful candidate:
- Shift: 4 10s- Tues-Fri 8:00AM-6:30PM. This role covers outpatient with a small mix of inpatient. Certified Lymphedema Therapist and Pelvic Floor experience preferred!
