The City of Highland Village, a vibrant, family-focused community in southern Denton County, is seeking a part-time Recreation Assistant for our Parks & Recreation Department. The schedule would be 9 am to 1 pm at least 3 days a week. This role involves managing front desk operations, including reservations, class registrations, and payments, while providing exceptional customer service. You'll also assist with balancing cash transactions, maintaining records, and supporting staff with various administrative tasks.

- High school diploma or GED required.
- Two (2) years of progressively responsible experience in administrative support or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) required.
- Must possess or obtain First Aid and CPR certification within three (3) months of hire.
