The City of Hibbing is seeking a qualified and motivated individual for the position of Public Works Foreman. This full-time role involves the direct supervision and coordination of assigned Public Works Departments, including Streets & Alleys, Sanitation & Recycle Center, Waste Collections, Sanitary and Sewer Systems, and Cemetery operations. The Foreman works closely with the Public Works Superintendent to ensure all projects and services are completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards of quality. Acting as the on-site leader, this position provides daily direction to field crews, oversees operations, and serves as a vital link between staff and management. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to the maintenance and improvement of essential city infrastructure and services.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Class “B” Commercial Driver’s License.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Five (5) years of public works experience.
- Two (2) years of supervisory experience.
- Safety-sensitive position subject to random drug, alcohol, and cannabis testing.
