What You'll Do
Support front-of-house box office operations at Foellinger Theatre, helping guests, processing ticket sales, and keeping the venue organized and ready for every performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with ticket sales, scanning, and relief coverage at the box office window
- Follow cash handling procedures and support daily sales tracking
- Maintain a clean, organized box office, promoter spaces, and work areas
- Help set up tour and promoter offices and provide onsite support as needed
- Assist with usher logistics and guest service during events
What You Bring | Education & Experience
- At least 18 years old
- Friendly, reliable, and comfortable working with the public
- Ability to stay organized and move quickly in a fast-paced event setting
- Experience at a theatre, concert, or live event venue is helpful
Required Certifications
- Valid Indiana Driver's License if operating a City vehicle
